Was just that you said "again" at the start which seemed to imply you had already said that to me.

Regardless, to clarify, I agree there is no need to be a jerk and especially no nerd to get personal with situations like this. I think a good way for people to avoid that would be to always have a reason for the dislike/critique

E.g. I dislike feature X BECAUSE it is not easy to understand what to do.

For those receiving feedback, I think it's also important to keep an eye out for feedback which may initially come across as nasty and not to dismiss it at face value. Dig into what they said and see if there is validity even if they haven't said it in the nicest way
