This is so important. Time and time again we give our colleagues feedback and recieve feedback. More often than not, it is simply "looks good" or something similar. I always try to encourage people tell me what they don't like, I make it very clear it's to help improve whatever is being worked on and nothing to do with my personal opinions.

Learning what people don't like about your work or yourself is far more useful then learning what they do like.
