I think this really depends on the type of content and time people have. When I used to run RobertDoesTutorials and other channels over the last 10 years, I would often try daily uploads. Around school/work and other responsibilities even daily was extremely difficult.

Not saying its impossible just a lot of work and dedication. Great Post 😄
